Return Policy

  • Customers can make returns on all products for a full refund within 90 days of purchase – only in case the back stick is not pulled off.
  • When returning products, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. (Please be sure to write Warranty Replacement or Return Exchange on the shipping label as the reason for the return.)
  • As proof of purchase, all returned packages must include all accessory products, a copy of their invoice or email receipt, and the corresponding order number(s).
  • Within 90 days after purchase, all returns must be delivered to the correct return address.
  • Before returning a product, please contact us at support@bodywellchip.com.
  • All returns and refunds are at Bodywell's sole discretion and may be denied for valid reasons.
  • Once a return or an exchange arrives, it might take up to 3 business days for it to be processed. An email notification will be sent to you once it’s done. Refunds and exchanges might take up to 10 business days based on your payment provider.
